Creator-tool pricing pages move, and review sites copy each other's numbers. Before publishing this table we re-read the prices that the most-cited pages on this site quote. Five were stale. The figure below puts each next to the number the vendor page showed.
What we printed, against what the vendor page said on 28 October 2026
Monthly price in US dollars. Grey is our earlier figure; blue is the vendor page.
The TubeBuddy gap is the instructive one. Archived copies of its pricing page, sampled from January 2025 to September 2026, show the $12 and $26.39 yearly-billed prices in every copy from May 2025 and never show $4.99. That price was a mistake carried on this site, not a change the vendor made, and it is now corrected on the TubeBuddy pricing page and in three guides that quoted it.
An empty cell means that price does not exist for the plan or we did not read it. Month-to-month is the price with no commitment; the yearly column is the per-month equivalent when paid annually.

Each month we re-read these pages and list what moved. We have not started sending yet; we will only email when we do.
In a browser on the vendor's own pricing page, with both billing views where the page offers them, and the date recorded. Prices are US list prices before tax, student discounts and regional pricing. Where we could not read a figure, the cell is left empty rather than filled from another site.
Most of these vendors quote a lower per-month price if you pay for a year up front. Riverside Pro is $35 a month month-to-month and $29 a month billed yearly, a 17% difference. We print both so a reader can pick the basis that matches how they pay.
Not on the pricing page. Archived copies of tubebuddy.com/pricing from January 2025 to September 2026 show $15 and $32.99 monthly prices in the earliest copy and $12 and $26.39 yearly-billed prices in every sampled copy from May 2025 onward. The $4.99 Pro price this site printed earlier appears in none of the 16 copies we sampled, so the earlier figure was ours to correct, not a vendor change.
Yes. Send the page URL and the date you want the price checked against to the contact page and we re-read the page. Rows are never sold, and a correction does not buy a better position anywhere on this site.
The rows are published as JSON at /assets/data/creator-software-pricing-2026.json. Cite the page and the read date; the prices belong to the vendors and change.
